A Special Family Reunion in Denver, Colorado

This post is a little personal and extra special.

Every once in a while, I get to turn the camera toward my own people. This family reunion was filled with love, laughter, and a little bit of beautiful chaos. We traveled to Denver to celebrate my dear Aunt Wendy’s 75th birthday. Since the passing of my Mother, Aunt Wendy has stepped in as my “mother,” and seeing the joy in her eyes was worth every second of travel.

The toddlers played with water guns, cousins reconnected, and generations came together to honor a woman who has poured so much heart into this family. Aunt Wendy’s warmth and wisdom was at the center of it all, surrounded by her legacy- children, grandchildren, and so many stories.
